Do amazing sfx and cgi matter much too u? What if someone made a super low budget youtube movie of Deadpool which still had decent sfx and decent acting and a good story. The costume might not be as good as one you'd see in a hollywood movie but still. How would u think of that?

I dont mean as a kickstarter, i just mean what would u think of the idea of a youtuber making a low budget deadpool movie? like would you still watch and enjoy it even if it wasnt a theatrical release?

You'd think a good Deadpool movie is possible with an under 100m budget but Fox are still too afraid. Oh well. Deadpool isn't as popular as he was years ago so I think they've missed the window.

Deadpool has gotten even more popular with his multiple Video Game appearances (including his own), Ultimate Spider-Man episode (how many other X-Men are getting tv roles? 0), tons of comics (that sell better then pretty much all Avenger and X-Men Solos),Wall mart/Hot topic merch exploitation, most popular cosplay at cons and being hugely popular on youtube/social media.

Only thing that can boost him up more is a film.

Yea it was something they put together for a presentation to the Fox execs. The fact that they saw that, then decided to sit on it whilst moving forward with a Gambit film will baffle me forever. It's genuinely bizarre.

I suggested a long time ago that I would've preferred to see the MCU in that kind of CGI. The things they could do would've been limitless.

i see now. they leaked it on purpose to get some feedback.i thought that only deadpool was cgi. now i see that everything is cgi. the humans in the car are one same model. they all look the same hahaha.
