Not only that, but how could you NOT know that ALL of your teeth are being pulled? I had 8 teeth pulled at one time when I was in 8th grade, and I could CLEARLY see that they were taking their time to pull 8 teeth... because I was conscious. They don't knock you out for something like that, unless they're pulling 30 teeth, in which case, he should've thought it was weird that they were knocking him out.
