Average week for me. I'm skipping the WWH mini's because I figure they are a little tacked on. Why do we need a FRONTLINE? And the obligatory X-Men mini from CW was essentially worthless to the main story, so why would I bite again for WWH?

I wonder if IRON FIST would sell better if it didn't ship bimonthly. I mean, for big hype books like ASTONISHING X-MEN and whatnot, delays may not hurt sales, but despite Brubaker's popularity, Iron Fist is still a B-Franchise. Still, it is doing moderately and is a good relaunch. BLUE BEETLE sells horribly and I wonder how long DC is going to bother. I mean it's selling worse than BLOODHOUND did a few years ago, and that got cut at #10. DC wants to keep the character in circulation but I will be surprised if this reaches the 2 year mark. Granted, even in the worst of times, DC shows way more patience than Marvel. To a fault.

Hopefully UFF and especially Ult. XM can improve before I lose all interest in both.

MIGHTY AVENGERS is one of those "hyped" books that will do well no matter how often it ships. Even if only 4 issues a year came out, they all would sell in the Top 10. Not all books are like that, though.

I know IMMORTAL IRON FIST isn't the worst offender, but it should be doing better so I was wondering whether if it could come out faster if that would help. Brubaker is supposed to be hot, right? Oh, well. Just a matter of wanting a book one likes to be doing better.
