CAPTAIN AMERICA #38 $2.99 - Ah, here's my favourite title; rock on, everyone.
FANTASTIC FOUR #557 $2.99 - This has been a fun arc. Giant battle mecha!
INCREDIBLE HERCULES #117 SI $2.99 - My second-favourite Marvel title; Sandoval's art is a fabulous addition.
X-FACTOR #31 DWS $2.99 - I'll be leaving this title once the new artist arrives, but this is a pretty good arc to go out on.
X-MEN DIVIDED WE STAND #2 (OF 2) $3.99 - This has been an interesting anthology; more than anything else, it wraps up various character threads from New X-Men, a series that basically stopped without a finale.

Marvel fields its two top hitters, Cap and Herc, this week, plus a slew of other good titles; DC gives us the climax of the current JSA arc, although from the looks of it it will just lead directly into the next arc; the whole "Gog" thing has really been dragging for me, so I'm going to evaluate where I stand on the book when this arc ends.

Hmm, those Bendis Avengers titles sure seem to be coming off at a rapid clip since SI started (and Cho left). Ultimate Fan Four is out this week, but, I just feel little desire to stay on it, despite Carey usually being entertaining. It just seems pointless now that I am committed to 616 again (unlike in 2000-2001, when I started buying comics weekly again).

What is the INVINCIBLE UNIVERSE PRIMER? And where is INVINCIBLE #50? I've usually been patient with my favorite book, but the delays are beyond embarrassing. They were solicting that book originally for JANUARY.

On the whole, looks to be a good week.

I'm reading Fraction's INVINCIBLE IRON MAN, FYI.

Man, we are getting Iron Man overload! Ultimate Iron Man, Invincible Iron Man, Iron Man (regular series), Iron Man: Legacy Of Doom, and the Vegas Iron Man...not to mention, he practically appears in every other book, like Hulk. The movie was great, but PLEASE, give us an friggin' Iron Man break. It's like Marvel is trying to tell us, "You guys complained about Wolverine overload all these years..you don't KNOW overload!"
