Well... week before christmas and we have tons to do still in redecorating my kids's room, so I won't be buying any of these... but they're listed anyway as I'll get around to them.

Ms. Marvel is a character I just don't care about, but this issue has Mystique in it so I may give it a skim. The others in the Maybe list are recently dropped titles for the sake of affording the rest of the stuff I buy. I'll eventually pick up X-Factor and Astonishing X-Men (X-Factor when I can get it for cheaper) but it won't be any time soon.

As for the rest... great week.... but too many comics. Why does Marvel release so many in a single week like this? Especially X-Titles? Is it so they get one lump sum of money to end the month on?

Project Superpowers and Green Lantern: Corps have me most excited. Can't wait to see Guy flip out over Kyle's supposed death... rumor has it he's going to be seeing a little red.

Dark Avengers, Mighty Avengers, and Thunderbolts don't have me very excited because I'm in SIEGE mode and these are all pre-Seige... so I'm just eager for them to get a move on and finish whatever pointless plot their pushing forward at the moment. Of the three I'm most excited for Thunderbolts though. I guess I'll be getting my first taste of those Agents of Atlas I'm hearing so much about these days.

Speaking of hurry up and finish, Cable is coming out. It's the title I want to drop the most but refuse to because it's so heavily tied in with the core X-Stories until the end of Second Coming. I hope it ends once Second Coming beings... since it's not actually tying into the crossover... which seems wierd to me.

X-Men: Legacy and X-Force have me excited since X-Force is always awesome and this Necrosha thing has been good so far (for long time X-Fans like me at least), and Legacy should wrap up the Emplate storyline, which I've really been enjoying. I was a huge Generation X fan, so seeing Emplate return has been a treat. I hope it comes to a good conclusion and somehow leaves Emplate as a stronger villain due to it, but we'll see.

And lastly, Realm of Kings: Inhumans. I liked the first issue and I like the Royal Family, so I'm curious to see how the rest of this mini goes.

I believe, from skimming the last conversation, comics will still ship if shops filled their orders before a specific time, aka comics will still ship. Dread is just trying to scare everyone.

The final date that Diamond will ship comics this year is 12/23/09. After that, there will be nothing until 1/6/10. No-thing. Diamond felt that with both X-Mas and New Year's Day being on Fridays (two in a row) coupled with delays creating unequal distribution of comics (some shops getting it timely, while others seeing massive delays) due to sheer luck of location, that the socialist solution is for all to be equal and for all to get none for 1-2 weeks.
