I cant find the results anywhere Im interested to find out about the Royce Gracie match against Hughes?

sweet thanks mister J

I watched it. Hughes totally dominated Royce throughout the whole fight, even on the ground. At one point, I thought Matt was going to break Royce's arm with a kimura while in side control because Royce wouldn't tap. Matt then got Royce to roll to his stomach and Matt took his back, couldn't get the choke so he pounded on Royce's head. McCarthy stopped the fight because Royce couldn't intelligently defend himself. It was amazing to see Royce totally dominated like that. The other fights were pretty good too.

Whoo-hoo!!! Matt Hughes!!
I had a feeling from the very beginning when the fight was announced that Hughes will win it. Gracie is a legend, no doubt, but like all legends before him (Shamrock, Couture, Severn... etc.) his time is done.

i would be really intersted in seeing them fight again, this time in gracie's element (gi, no time limits etc...)

Id still think that Matt would win, I just think that Gracie is past his prime. :(

i think matt would probably win too, but i think it would be a much closer fight.

i think Gracie was too careless...

...it's almost as if Gracie was too concerned about looking for a way to submit Matt when he really should've been defending himself until he could actually GET Matt into a submission.

i didn't think Gracie was expecting Matt to ground and pound the way he did. it's kind of upsetting that this was one of Matt's easier fights. after the match Matt was watching the replay and said that he heard someone from Gracie's team telling him to get out of there, so he knew Gracie was in trouble and that triggered the instinct to just start punching the crap out of him.

can someone put it up on youtube or google video please

Is it true that ufc 61 will be Ken Shamrock vs Tito Ortiz?

yeah dude, Shamrock is like a meathead. the dude so insecure about himself that he has to act tough all the time...and when Ortiz chooses to walk away from the situation Shamrock just won't let it go. plus, it seems like he hasn't really done anything to REALLY train or help his fighters until recently...

...i hated Ortiz before i watched the show but now i want Ortiz to woop Shamrock's ass!

First of all, I'm not a "dude". ;)

I felt the same way about Ortiz before watching TUF3 and was quite surprised to see Shamrock's attitude on the show. And like you said, he doesn't really seem to train his team. Geez, it seems they spend more time doing things other than training (eg. golfing. WTH?!).

Oh, Ortiz is definitely going to kick Shamrock's ass again. I don't know how many times he wants to take a beating from Ortiz before he's willing to quit fighting the guy.

oh...my bad dudette, hehe

i don't know if Shamrock will ever let go of this feud until he beats Oriz (which i don't see happening). Shamrock seems like an old warhorse who can't seem to let go of his glory days in the octagon...

My heart sunk when Matt got Royce in that arm bar. It just seemed so effortless for him and although Gracie didn't submit I knew it wasn't going to end well from that point on. Btw let's try to stay on topic here.

Fight's been up a YouTube for a couple.

I knew Hughes was going to demolish Royce. Actually, I lied. I thought it'd be a battle, but Hughes would eventually be victorious. I was wrong. I'm glad Hughes won. It's about time someone seriously put BJJ in it's place. Don't get me wrong, BJJ is a serious part of any MMA's arsenal, but it's not the end-all be-all that most claim it to be.

Can't wait for Ortiz/Shamrock II. Shamrock's going to get his ass handed to him again.
