Capcom Dino Crisis

Would anyone else really like to see a Dino Crisis 4 that is a REAL sequel to the series (unlike the crap that is Dino Crisis 3) or at the very least a Gamecube Resident Evil-esque remake of the original game? That franchise has so much wasted potential its not even funny.

The first two games were great. Its amazing the way the series reinvented itself between the first and second game to keep it from getting stale. Thats what sequels should be. Not rehashes, reinventions. A proper sequel would be great.

well, in all fairness, dino-crisis 3 was a reinvention, and it sucked pretty badly.

dino-crisis 2, though, was one of the best games of its generation... anti-tank rifle, ftw.

I´m sure Dino Crisis is dead and buried.
Resident Evil, Devil May Cry, Onimusha (heard that a 5th is in the making), and the new franchises, Lost Planet and Dead Rising (i heard both have a sequel coming)...Capcom doesn´t need to revive Dino Crisis, they have plenty of big franchises alive and well.

I liked DC 1 and 2 (never played the 3rd), but to be honest, i can live without a 4th.

I hope Turok's a hit so Capcom can see people are still into fighting dinos.

And yet they don't go for it. Nowadays we're lucky to even get a new game from a Capcom series that isn't Street Fighter, Resident Evil or Monster Hunter. Even Mega Man is being ignored. I was really hopeful when MM11 was announced that would mean there would also be a new X game coming soon afterwords. But here were are about 6-7 years later and nothing. And they're remastering Resident Evil 6? If they're gonna remaster older RE games, they should be ones that aren't already available to play on the PS4/PS5. IE the Outbreak games and Umbrella/Darkside Chronicles.

Yes there was the recent release of Dead Rising Deluxe Remaster, but who knows if DR2 and Off The Record will get the same treatment.
