Who can afford a house now? Not unless a multi-generational family goes in on it together.

Kids don't want to take in and care for their aging parents. We don't take care of each other like we should. Plus if Medicare dies the nursing home industry will collapse.

That percentage drop doesnt mean much when the cost of the house is stupid high.
