🇺🇸 Discussion: Voting Rights, Electoral College, Ranked Choice Voting, and Election Law

US News
Trump seems very unconcerned if people vote for him or not, and with comments from the project 2025 people saying they are already working behind the scenes in ways we can not see to ensure Trump wins, my guess is they have several state legislatures who will not certify the election if Trump loses, it might come down to Biden and the senate to intervene to ensure a fair election, Trump and his allies are aweful confident they are going to win even with polls showing he is losing in most states now and nationally, I would be concerned with states like Michigan, Wisconsin, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, Ohio, she will not win southern states, maybe she gets Georgia but i would be concerned about that state as well.
It would suck if fake electors become a constant problem. I was hoping election interference like this was a fad that would fade quickly.

Not when you're part of the cult and your new Jesus keeps saying it's true.

Already taking their orders from Trump:

Remember in 2021 they said they weren't going to let Georgia go blue and do everything they could to stop it.

So from my understanding is if Kamala gets GA, they will likely refuse to certify the election. If Trump gets GA, they instantly certify it. If they don't certify, then it will get tangled up in the courts. If they can't reach an agreement before the new Congress is sworn in, then Congress will vote and each state will get a vote for either Harris or Trump.
