Do you know who can do a proper From Hell movie?

David Fincher. If you ever watched Zodiac you know what I am talking about. Imagine how well done and faithful the murder scenes would be.

I know there is a From Hell movie already but I am talking about a faithful adaptation.

In just a single 2 hour or so movie? No, not really. I just don't think it's possible to do it in just a single movie and keep it faithful. A mini-series directed by Fincher, yeah, I could maybe see that. As long as they handled the ideas of time, magic, and mythicism properly, and kept the look of the period, of course. It'd still be a challenge to adapt, though, especially near the end when we see time being broken down from the point of view of Gull.
