I think there are more than a few.

It's quite common with peeps who use MBs whether the MB is based on a theme, topic or location.

I suppose some here get a rash when they see the words "web 2.0"

Facebook's about all I can tolerate. And that's because it's a great way to keep in touch with folks.

I use Facebook, and it's the best because I have alot of friends whom I lost contact with on FB and now I get to "talk" to them every once awhile. I have a MySpace account but I don't think I've ever used it, although I may log on just to update my info so it won't look so empty. I'm thinking about creating a Twitter account, just because I can "follow" Favreau and track the progress of IM2 and the like; I have no interest to update my blog every 2 seconds, however.

It's a lot like delicious where you share links. Marvel and DC both give updates and I've "tweeted" with the Marvel guy about stuff related to their superheroes.

You "follow" people who are interesting or helpful (or people you know) or who are well-connected.

It's also great for breaking news and finding a job.

Once you get the hang of it, it's a great time killer.

I'm following Favreau too for updates.

You're right it is a blog, some call in microblogging.

If you have a blog, you can hook it up with Twitter to post a link to your blog every time you update it.

Well using it for what you are talking about is pretty cool if you have the time but a lot of people use it for what I said. I mean a lot.

No, because MS & FB actually have points to them - mainly to keep in touch & reconnect with people. Not to let the entire world know that you're watching House and eating apple slices.
