No, I do not use it. I don't see the point. I think Twitter is one of the dumbest things ever created...people have way too much time on their hands.

Case in point...

I just saw a story on the news about 'Sockington the Cat' who is a real cat that has 500,000 followers on Twitter.

Are you freakin serious!?!?! People have nothing else better to do than follow the actions of a cat?

Almost everyone on this thread is saying that they have no interest in telling people what they are doing throughout the day or "following" other people and reading what they are doing. A message board has topics of conversation and the hype message boards aren't like most others. It's actually entertaining and somewhat funny in here.

Yeah, exactly the same. Except for, you know, having actual discussions with people as opposed to telling them what you had for breakfast.

That's my take on it, really. I can understand if, say, you're Jeph Jacques, and your comic's running late. Twitter that, since it's kinda important since you need to explain why it's running late. [FYI: He does a little diddy of a comic called Questionable Content, which is his primary source of income].
