Does anyone else find multiplayer games distract from completing your single player

i think for me..as much as i like getting trophies for my games,with multiplayer i like leveling up whether it be dcuo or battlefield..i like the trying to get to the next level.
TBH im kinda bored by COD now..
I need to get going on the last of us..but being so damn busy i never find time to sit own and proper game...just a quick blast then away again.
