...use administrator account on windows XP even if you arent th administrator???Seriously, cause everytime I try and download cool stuff it says I need admin. permission, which is complete BS

Why dont you get who ever is the owner of the admin account to make yours a admin account as well then (assuming your at home and not at school or anything)
