Any methods of cooking, special rubs, etc. you wanna share with us?

Well, sometimes I marinade the meat in freshly squeezed orange juice over night & when it comes off the grill it just melts in your mouth. Also, another method many might not be aware is you rub papaya fruit on the meat it really tenderizes & it's just savory, delicious. Oh & I don't usually use charcoal, I use mesquite wood, give the food more flavor.

Honestly, I had never heard of papaya as a natural tenderizer for meats up until my uncle told me about it a few years back & actually sampled it. I was like, WTF??? Papaya?? LOL

We haven't spoke in years, and for what everyone tells me about you, you're doing better than you used to. I know you and I never really saw eye-to-eye, but you and a few others on here helped me through some incredibly dark times in my life. I'm happy you're doing better now. I wish you'd come back, even if it was just to belittle me again.
