Is it just me, or does it seems like whenever people talk about how get a city is they're really just talking about the downtown areas or areas similar to that?
Whenever I see a traveling show and they talk about all the great things in Chicago they're talking about the Loop and parts of the north side; it's almost like saying "Chicago is one big ghetto, except this one part".
