Well I originally did it in blue, but then lowered the saturation levels, so its grey, but it might still have a hint of blue in it.

Im starting on a aredesing of Daredevil as well. I might also do one of a few spidey villains that are in dire need of a redesign (Electro maybe)

I've always felt that it made more sense to have Daredevil's ears uncovered. Considering that they are the source of his powers.

Okay, Ive been meaning to ask you. When you color your hair, like in the Tat Logo design, or even his wings, how do you get the outline to be the one color, and the inside a simular color? Do you do it the hard way, or is there something simpler?

Looks like a color knockout, probably done in Photoshop. Using the channels and the wizard tool you can select certain lines and then color them differently. Least that's the way I was taught.

yeah, basically just select certain lines and then change the color balance of them, or paint over them and set your brush to "lighten"
