This is awesome. I have a couple dozen issues of Dreadstar I bought a few years back. I really enjoy it and thought about it as a movie. It's very Star Warsesque but different enough to establish it's own world. I remember reading an article last year that there were talks on a Dreadstar film when Guardians became such a big hit.

I wouldn't mind a television show either. I hope this gets more serious. I'd love to see what they do with it.
