I hope we get buckets like this in my neck of Canada!
it look like an alien's butthole

God I hope so.Yeah, this is going to be huge.
Yeah, this is going to be huge.
It doesn't need to be a billion dollar hit, just big enough to secure a Part 3/Messiah. The booming pre-sales are a promising sign for that. I totally didn't expect any sort of site crash for this so that's a pleasant surprise.God I hope so.
This is true, although Fandango was acting a little funky when I bought my tickets yesterday. Nothing that refreshing the page a couple of times didn't fix, but I also assume it was also due to spillover from AMC's site crashing. The AMC website/app also just sucks.
Melange-coated popcorn or bust.
Depends on how many friends and relatives everyone manages to drag to this movie. :wink:Yeah, this is going to be huge.
Five days after this post and what do I see? A big ol' TV spot during the AFC Championship game.IMHO I feel like Warner Bros. isn't hyping the film at all. Not seeing any TV spots or marketing materials anywhere. Saw more marketing out there for the Beekeeper.
Warner Bros. must truly be in dire straights and losing money hand over fist.

I'm curious about the thought process there, especially after this:They should be pushing the film harder and doing everything possible to get the word out. Moving it to March was self-sabotage.
It has far more chances to do better in March than it did in November. Not only because a humongous cast with big fanbases couldn't promote this at all, but because it now has far less competition than it would have two months ago. I'm sure marketing will be picking up more and more every week for the next month. They should be pushing the film harder and doing everything possible to get the word out.
