World Duplicate discs for "Look up in the sky" Urgent problem..

Did any of you guys buy the 14 dvd Superman Ultimate collector's edition and get duplicate 'Up in the Sky" dvd's in their set? I need to know because I just bought this ultimate dvd set for 69.99 and I have two of the same "look up in the sky" dvd's. Both dvd's have the same exact content and menu! I need to know if this is a mistake, if I am missing a dvd in the set need to return this at blockbuster. Thanks to anyone who helps me.

Sorry for double post. Correction I bought this at best buy not blockbuster. But I have two of the same dvd "Look up in the sky the amazing story of superman" in my collection". Did anyone else get this??

Aside from the 2 discs that I will have to send back, I pretty much have all the correct discs. Just take the set back that contains the duplicate discs & exchange it for one that has all the correct discs. Maybe you could open the set there on the spot to make sure it has all the correct discs so you want have to keep going back & exchanging it.

That happened to me with the Gonewiththe wind delixe dvd set. 2 of the same disc. I took it back to Best Buy and they immediately exchanged it. (With slip). My Ult Edition is fine except for the Supers 3 not being delux. I called Warners and they told me they'd call me back later Tuesday or Wed morning. We'll see.

Thats always the first thing I check in sets now. LOL

Thanks! But I am so frustrated. I found out my 14 dvd ultimate set is missing superman returns disc 1 which is the actual movie!! I got superman returns disc 2 but instead of disc 1 I get a replica 'look up in the sky'disc. Then I take it back to best buy this morning and I find out that all Superman Ulitmate collection box sets have been sold out at all best buys locatations in my area. I can't get my money back and I have to wait for a new set to arrive in the store whenever that is. I even asked if I could swap disc's with the 2 disc superman returns edition in the store but they wouldn't allow it. I am stuck with a duplicate disc I don't need and I'm missing a disc. I paid 69.99 plus tax to watch all superman movies and extras whenever I want to. No I have to wait weeks to get a replacement set. The store gave me a dumb phone number to call WB. I called WB this morning and I got a message machine. I left a message to WB but I have yet to get a response. I hate best buy stupid return policy and I hate warner bros for messing up my set and not returning my call.

Just got my Ultimate Superman set in the mail from Amazon, and there is another major blunder, with my set at least. I got TWO Disc 3's!! Instead of Disc 5 (Superman II the Lester Cut), I got a duplicate disc of Disc 3 (the STM special features disc). Anybody else have the same problem?!

Me and you both are two alike. It seems like nobody else got duplicate discs but us two. Out of several thousand sets were the unlucky ones. Did amazon give you any problem returning your set?

I just sent mine this morning. The only thing I'm worried about is getting another messed up set.

Face it everyone, WB cheaped out on the whole Collector's tin and as a result didn't even bother to make sure the right DVDs were inside it.

I returned my tin back to Best Buy -- thank you very much and instead now have the Chris Reeve collection, plus individual 2 disc cases for both the Donner Cut and SR.
