Dynamite Entertainment's "Lone Ranger" - What do you think?

I picked up the TPB of the first 6 issues this weekend. Real good book. I like the artwork, very reminiscent of Joe Kubert. The updating of Tonto is very well done.

Well, I'm eagerly anticipating the final issue of this series which is issue #25, which hits stores January 2011.

Brett Matthews stated that "nobody is safe" in this final issue. Those of you who have followed the series, what do you predict?

Me? I think The Lone Ranger will have a brutal fight with Cavendish(a very physical one) and The Ranger will overcome him. I think the Ranger will decide to take him in and not kill him. However, I do think Cavendish will die, just not by The Ranger's hands.

I also think that the love relationship with Tonto and Linda will come to an end. How? Well, I have 2 suggestions; 1.) she will die possibly trying to save Tonto and/or Lone Ranger(possibly stand infront of one of them and take a bullet for them), or 2.) Tonto will come to a decision and tell Linda something along the lines of he can't be a husband to her because he is meant to live the life of a warrior and it is a very dangerous life that might jepordize her life and Daniel's, and that he will not have her be a widow twice. Hence, she will take Daniel with her, and start a new life away from Texas.

I just may end up being waay off, but whatever happens, I can't wait!!
