Yea but those are more apple and orange type of games than Fallout 3 or Oblivion imo. Diffrent settings, but they do tend to play very similar. They basicaly did call it "oblivion with guns".

You're right that ME and DA are much different games compared to Oblivion and Fallout 3. But I still think that Dragon Age and Mass Effect have the same or at least largely similar audience.

It's because Goldeneye was a licensed game. Rare made it but they don't own it, Activision has the Bond license now. Besides, MS got Perfect Dark on XBLA.

I think those trailers are more meant to capture the tone of the game rather than the gameplay.

That rendered trailer for The Old Republic got my blood pumping. And I'm usually not a fan of trailers that don't show gameplay.

Oh yeah, i loved the fact that almost all games in the EA press conference were played in the PS3.

They haven't even done anything with it besides the Xbox remake of Bad Fur Day. But judging by Perfect Dark Zero and Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts, that may be a good thing.

I think that's because the PS3 is the lead platform for most of EA's games. It's a lot easier and cheaper to port from PS3 to 360 than 360 to PS3.

Bah, I could care less. Ubisoft is as bad as Nintendo when it comes to being boring and peddling shovelware, at best. Their show put me to sleep last year and I bet this year's will be as dull as Microsoft's.

Probably, I really want to see some Assassin's Creed and Ghost Recon gameplay though.
