What were you expecting? This is the most powerful gaming console ever produced, and makes the original Xbox One look like a Ford escort. $400 would have been a steal. $500 is fortunate. Hell, it's $100 cheaper than the PS3 launch price, and only $100 more than the Xbox One and the PS4 launch prices. The XBX launch price could have been a lot worse.
