Yeah, Norton is known to be a picky actor, you don´t see him doing a lot of crap for the paycheck, I can´t right now remember a movie he was in that wasn´t at least decent.

Well, I didn´t hate Red Dragon myself, thought it was a decent thriller.

Of course, i'm small and totally kick ass. lol

But what I wanted I wanted to say was at school the nerds group looked like...freaks. They were in all shape and forms. But as a whole they didn't look like male models. I'm not discounting good-looking tall guys being able to be intellectual and shy, though.

As far as Banner he always looked like this thin weakling nerdy type. While Bana always looked to me like the classic leading man movie star. That's why it worked so good for Troy for instance where he played this badass warrior.

Well i know what you mean, but in real life it just doesnt work like that, and its nice when movies imitate that fact.

I mean, first we get an unbelievable lineup for Iron Man, and now Ed FREAKING Norton is playing Bruce Banner?! WHAT?!

This is awesome news. Holy hell he's the perfect fit. Bana did good with the script they had for the first film but Ed Norton is the perfect actor to play Banner. He brings alot to the table and he is a perfect contrast to The Hulk. Bana was missing that "contrast".

The first Iron Man teaser could possibly debut July 27th at the San Diego Comicon.

The Incredible Hulk teaser will probably come out a month later in August.

It's a very good choice...I like Ed Norotn, and the guy was play a variety of roles, as his body or work shows. Marvel seems to be angling for critical success, to match B.O. such as well.

Best actor to ever say Hulk Smash. Ed Norton is an excellent choice as Dr Banner. There is no one way to play a geek. If Russell Crowe ( A Beautiful Mind) and Harrison Ford (The Mosquito Coast) can play geeky scientists anyone else can. Hulk out June 13th 2008.

It goes without saying that Marvel is doing an excellent job in acquiring actor's whom they feel, and fans as well, are perfectly suited for particular characters. The annoncements of both Downey and Norton do nothing but solidify this.

tell me,when has he ever played anything close to a geek?? even as a the brains behind the capture of hannibal lector he wasnt a geek.I dont think he can play a good bruce....hes a good actor and im not saying he cant learn to play a geek but i dont have faith in a belieble proformance as one.I cant see him turning into the hulk either.He really doesnt remind me of bruce.

Funny, he always felt to me to be closer to a nerdy geeky type than a badass or a hearthrob. I can see him playing Banner almost effortlessly.

Spider-man (1,2 and 3), Hulk, and Transformers all had teasers out a full year before the movies' release date.

The level of critical success received by Batman really had an effect on the Mentality at Marvel. PUT out quality stuff and people will watch.

No one plays a guy with a split personality better than Norton (Fight Club, Primal Fear). He also has the perfet demeanor for the brilliant yet "puny" Banner.

This casting is a dream come true.
