Discuss episode four here.

OMG, Britney the day is the day!

Still enjoying the show. I will say with some of the dialogue and interactions in this episode, knowing the leaks about
Aubrey Plaza playing Death seems even more apparent. Curious how that relationship started in the first place. And I guess Death had to take Agatha's son cause he died.

had a theory about Aubrey Plaza's character... that didn't quit play out the same as I thought

the Death angle I actually did at least suspect

but, with the way the last episode left off with Mrs Hart's/Sharon's death, I thought it was going to be revealed that it was Rio in disguise as Sharon the whole time...

My least fave ep (still good) but my gosh Aubrey Plaza is looking amazing in these outfits. She’s killing it as THE Green Witch.

i agree she was so perfect as the green witch. i loved few of her movies, im hoping she reunited elizabeth olsen

I didn’t enjoy the trial segment of this episode all that much but I liked the stuff with Rio and Agatha, plus the stuff about her son and Agatha thinking it might be the Teen. I’m a little wary of the idea that each episode is going to be a different trial but I hope the rest are more interesting than this one. Because while I am enjoying this show, I do hope there’s more focus on the characters going forward because those are the scenes I’m enjoying the most so far.

Agreed with everything said above

Was probably the weakest episode thus far
The trial felt way too easily solved, especially compared to last episode

But the stuff with Agatha and "Teen" and Agatha and Rio was great

And gotdam Aubrey Plaza, she's amazing
Even crawling out of the ground covered in mud, she looked hot af
When I die, I'd prefer Sandman's super nice friendly Death, but if she looked like Aubrey, I certainly wouldn't run away lol

it got me thinking...

how similar is "Teens" spell to how Peter Parker's spell works? is that what happens when Peter speaks his real name, people just don't hear it {I mean obviously not visually the same} they see it that way cause they have a connection to magic... but, like normal folk wouldn't see that (so, it wouldn't be visually represented in his movie that way)

and will it go away on its own when no longer needed? as suggested by Agatha

if/when we see his broken, will that be like a speak peek at how Peter's can be broken, too?

Oh also, was it racist they just assumed Hale could play bass?
It felt a little racist

I dunno, I don't think people can never learn who Peter Parker is now, they all just forgot him
If he introduces himself to MJ or Ned again, I think they'd hear him

While the guy who bound Jen is probably original to the show, if he is someone from comics I would guess a version of Hiram Shaw. He was a puritan priest from Salem who is an ancestor of Sebastian Shaw and who in the comics accused an unknown relative of Agatha who was in a relationship with his son of being a witch (he was also sorcerer supreme, but if he's adapted I imagine he won't actually be magical maybe just knowledgeable). He was also featured in the Midnight Suns game where he was under the influence of Chthon while leading the Salem Witch Trials.

Wow, they've even officially released Lorna's version of The Ballad, only heard reversed in the episode. It's performed by Korean rock legend Seomoon Tak. Good job, Disney!

Where's the one from the first episode?

Definitely the weakest episode (I feel like they paid a lot of money for the Witches Road song and need to get their money's worth). That being said, some of the character moments at the end made up for a lot of the slowness and repetitiveness.
