It seemed a little rushed, to be honest. The ninja fights with Alfred strained belief. And now there seems to be a push to make Daimen somewhat likeable (still not sold).

So Ras had a surprise son. Now we have the possibility of more offspring out there. And the 'goddess' chasing everyone out seemed out of nowhere. And Talia continued to give mixed signals, calling Bruce beloved then saying he was the man she "once loved."

More importantly, how has this really impacted on Bruce's life? It was hinted that this storyline would be of great import. Okay, Ras is back...but...what?

What made the least sense of all was Bruce 'allowing' Daimen to make a choice about his life. Umm, how many ten year olds can make sensible choices about their life? Especially a kid shrink wrapped as a wannabe adult?

Morrison is a hack. That explains all the problems right there.

Maybe that dip into that rejuvination pit at Nada Partet is like the Lazarus Pit and it messes with Batman's mind?

The whole storyline was kind of...whatever. It wrapped up quickly and, really, not much actually happened. Ra's is back, but we knew that from the title of the crossover.

As for the push to make Damien likeable, I agree. There was some interesting stuff in one of the Nightwing issues (maybe Part Six?) where Dick questioned the fact that he, Tim and Batman were doing all this fighting for Damien, but nothing really came of it.

As for impact on Bruce's life, I think that both Batman and Detective are going to touch on some of this stuff later on, so I think we just have to wait and see.

Yeah, I hope not. But you know they'll be some effect from the Nanda Partet bath.

They really shouldve just let morrison and dini handle it, and made them look at the sinestro corps war...

morrison sucks....dini should run everything

The Ra's storyline was horrible and unnecessary. It just interrupted the storylines that Morrison and Dini had going to bring back a character, that quite honestly, kind of sucks. What's so great about Ra's Al Ghul anyway?

Other than the stuff between Damian and Tim Drake the event sucked. It sucked worse than Spider-Man One More Day and THAT was BAD!!!!

Did anyone read the epilogue? That was awesome, epsicially at the end.

"You spent your life trying to cheat death--only to find yourself in Hell. Welcome to Gotham."

:eek::up:

i know its becoming a cop out, but the editers of the crossover blew it, character designs were inconsistent, characterization was horrible, and the ending made me think how could this not have been done in one series? why a crossover? morrison and dini's issues were the best of the pack, but overall the story blew. and morrison does not suck, i think a lot of the three batman stuff hes working on will affect final crisis a lot. he has a tendency to create long drawn out storylines. i for one am immensely enjoying his run.
and there is a little something called all star superman, check that out

Actually...Morrison is a fantastic writer. You just suck at not seeing that. :oldrazz:
false. morrison has written great things, but that doesn't give hima get out of jail free card for this piece of crap:o
