well from what I read about the Spider-man musical... production was expected to be insanely expensive..... which is understandable.

I'd love to see Marvel characters take broadway but only if they're done well. :csad:

I'll be in NYC the weekend before it opens. Ugh! May have to go right back up.....kinda curious; they have "splatter seats" available

So I have to pick up some tickets in NYC and drop off some money. The gf felt since we had to pay to get into the city, we might as well do something.

So I'm looking at the comedy clubs, nothing. Museums closed at 5:30 and she recommended Madame Tussaud's Wax Museum. I was fine with that but I said, let's see what the 50% Ticket Place has? (For you not familiar with this place, they sell Broadway Show Tickets for 25% to 50% off for the day of the show.) So I'm looking....Chicago, No....Rent, No....Phantom, No....Evil Dead? $34? Groovy.

It was a small theatre and I have to admit, I really enjoyed myself with such songs such as "What the f' was that?" and "Shoot the b'tch down" and blood splattering on the 1st 3 rows. I wish all the Arts were like this.

If anyone is around NYC, it's playing on 50th Street, I really recommend you go. It's actually a lot of fun.

This is a brilliant concept.

I wonder if Linda's headless corpse will do a number?....

Like I said, it was fun and entertaining.
