Explosions and gunfire in Paris

I don't know exactly how much Anonymous can actually do.

Probably the worst thing they could do is hack into emails of top people in Isis and expose them as a bunch of hypocrites

There's no concrete proof the terrorist did come with the refugees.

Does it really make a difference? It all depends what people believe and how you can get your messaging out. Obama makes a statement on Friday about how they have Isis contained in the middle east in Syria and Iraq, all I hear Republicans say is Obama says Isis is contained(which is completely taking something out of context and reporting it as fact).

Watch the video I posted in the previous page.

I dunno, just seems like Anonymous talks a lot but doesn't really do anything.

I agree, though supposedly Anon has already been at this for months and has shut down several hundred Twitter accounts of ISIS supporters/recruiters or what have you. No one has covered it, hence it not being known about so much.

I feel like this should be on every page.

Indeed it should. On every page of the internet.

Although, it's difficult for me to accept the idea that they're weak on face value given what has happened. As an organization they may be losing territory, but the ideas of radical Islam and the threat it represents feels more troubling than ever.

But I agree 1000% with the message Waleed is conveying.

It's been confirmed that at least one of the attackers was a Syrian migrant. Although with the current policy of letting anyone and everyone in who can pass for Syrian, that was rather inevitable.

My understanding is one merely had a Syrian passport.

So was the Syrian passport real or fake?

Gossip on the interweb says it was fake.

Well, French officials seem to think that is the case. Greek authorities recorded someone with that ID coming in from Syria.

From what I have read today, they believe it was a fake passport. In other words, an ISIS fighter posing is a refugee.

I think ISIS wanted that passport to be found, to turn Western opinion against Syrian asylum seekers.

They've targeted Russia and France, would ISIS dare go after these guys?

In fact, I would not be at all surprised if ISIS had Uyghur recruits among their rankings. I think ISIS might be tempted to go after the Chinese to prove that "they aren't afraid of anybody."

They don't want China, Russia, US, and Europe united against them. They might as well jump off a cliff.

Would be nice if this whole common enemy thing would result in better relations globally. You know, just to make life easier for everyone.

Naaaah the logical thing would be for the conservatives with low IQ to blame the refugees, and for liberals with low IQ to argue over what's the best worst attack to post a hashtag about.

As a European it doesn't seem to be to me.

Possibly up to a couple hundred individuals in a population of millions immigrants or descendants of doesn't indicate the collapse multiculturalism in my eyes. I live in London which is and always has been a immigrant heavy city. I interact with people from all over the the world and they all get along great. Most immigrants I have met in my life integrate into the country just fine.

Cool to hear. More than happy to be wrong.

Which model exactly ? France's secularism or Great Britain's multiculturalism ?
There are several models and Europe cannot be seen as on big ensemble under the same ideology on that subject.

Probably unfair to make it sound as monolithic and catchall as I did. Yeah, the migrant and integration experience between France with North Africans, UK with South Asians and Germany with Turks -- and even Sweden's ultra-open door policy seemingly coming home to roost -- are quite distinct.

They are full of bravado and rhetoric publicly. I don't think they fear the world tag teaming their asses as they think it is unlikely to happen.

They know us because about 1/3 of them are made up of us.

In America some 'might' be okay with Christian refugees but only them and that's a big maybe. :whatever:

If ever the use of the word irony were applicable, it would be to ISIS and their claims of sexual depravity. They hate Paris because it is sexually liberal yet have no problems raping women and children when they are slaves.

Well obviously. You do realize that forcible is more acceptable and godlike than consensual.
