I'm looking for some outside of Hellboy and Sandman. Any recommendations?

You mean with ghouls and goblins and magic and such? Have you tried Darkhorse's new Conan Series? It's mostly sword n' sandles stuff, but it also cointains magic users, cults, Old Gods in corporeal form, etc.

You could also try Fafhrd and the Gray Mouser TPB, a series Mignola used to work on based on the fantasy books of the same name.

If you're looking for titles with any sort of fantastical element outside of superheros, you could check out Fables, The Maxx, Neverwhere, The Walking Dead, Mouse Guard, JLA: A League of One, 30 Days of Night, Amazing Screw-On Head, Bone, Dr Frankenstein, Rocketo, Deadman. All these differ in tone and subject, so you might want to wiki them.

Devil's Due has done amazing adaptions of Drizzt Do'Urden's novels.

Wonder Wonder's current arc has her in a heavy magic setting. She teams up with Claw, Stalker and Beowolf in it.

"The Circle" is another arc of WW with plenty of fantasy.
