I don't think any of the series ever showed him ending up with anyone in particular, except he did seem to be closest with Ryoko.

No one, although they tried to revive the series by completing the OVA. I don't think many people took notice due to how old the OVAs are and the fact they pretty much jumped the shark by adding another potenial love interest(not Kiyone) to the Tenchi Household.



I didn't like it because of that and because it's one of the few dubbed animes that had great voice talent and they couldn't dig up all of the oringal voice actors...especially Ryoko's.
