I'll split it into DC and Marvel categories.

DC: Batman Begins
While I do think that The Batman is a superior Batman movie to Begins, Begins was just so needed given the state of the franchise at the time and it didn't even have to be THAT good but I'm grateful that it was.

Marvel: The Fantastic Four: First Steps
Another much needed reboot but what makes this different from the rest is that this is the first truly good film adaptation of Fantastic Four. Batman, Superman and Spider-Man all had solid films in their respective franchises by the time they got around to their first reboots but the FF had no such luxury.
