Yeah, a really strong year, especially Jurassic Park, Schindler's List, The Fugitive and MotP. I would also add Searching for Bobby Fischer, The Good Son, The Piano (edit: also Philadelphia), and guilty pleasure Happily Ever After.

There was also a good Alain Resnais film that year: Smoking/No Smoking

Spielberg really owned this year. Also, since I was 5 in 1993 many of the movies I saw are family movies that I haven't seen in years and barely remember (stuff like the Tom and Jerry Movie and The Beverly Hillbillies), so I didn't bother to include them.

A huge favourite of mine is The Remains of the Day, which came out that year. Hopkins and Thompson have great interactions here. The author of the novel, Kazuo Ishiguro, actually won the 2017 Nobel Prize in litterature.

Just looked it up. Might try to catch that  I own Last Year at Marienbad which I find a fascinating film.

If you haven't seen it, I also recommend "My American Uncle", maybe my favorite Resnais film.
