We've had several on screen incarnations of our favorite characters. Which reboot is your absolute favorite though.

It was close between Batman Begins and Man of Steel but I went with Begins.

I chose Batman Begins but Dredd and Man of Steel are closely behind

The Amazing Spider-Man.

Does Daredevil counts? Sure it's not a movie, but it's part of a cinematic universe.

Will wait until I've seen F4 to vote but for now It's between Amazing Spider-Man, Man of Steel and Dredd.

Batman Begins is the best of the movies on the poll but I'd rewatch those three more often than Begins

Batman Begins. And it isn't even close.

Out of the ones listed in the poll, I´d definitely have to go with Dredd. It´s a major improvement over the Stallone version in many aspects, I´m still holding out for a sequel.

Superman Returns is a sequel, I don't think that can be disputed.

I really enjoyed The Amazing Spider-Man, I initially thought it was a stronger movie than the first Spider-Man, but as time has wore on, I have changed my mind. It has its moments but Spider-Man is better.

I don't know if I truly enjoy Batman Begins more than Batman, but Begins is easily the best reboot.

1. Amazing Spider-Man
2. Man of Steel
3. Judge Dredd
4. Incredible Hulk
5. Batman Begins
6. Superman Returns

I don't think it's fair to include the new Fantastic Four movie considering it's not even out yet. Talk about fanboy bias. :whatever:

Captain America The First Avenger should technically be here as it's a reboot.

Better to have a poll with the upcoming reboot than one thats an obsolete in a few days, after it's release.

For me it's no contest, Batman begins resurrected Batman on the big screen and took him down a whole different, dark and ballsy direction.

Man of Steel I loved, but it doesn't quite reach the same heights as BB. Plus, some people actually liked Superman Returns (which I ****ing hated) so Superman wasn't in the same ruinous state as Batman (after Batman and Robin).

Big ups to Dredd, they got a lot right about the character and the film had the right mood to make Mega City one work for contemporary audiences. I'm gutted for Karl Urban that no sequel is in the works ( he was a great Dredd ).

To me Amazing Spider Man was a really unnecessary reboot (I still prefer Raimi's Spider man, although I thought Andrew Garfield was very good in ASM 2 which was otherwise not great), Incredible Hulk was mildly enjoyable but not really a credible reboot.

In many ways Captain America the First Avenger was a reboot, given all the terrible Cap films that came before.

Currently, this is my order.
  1. Batman Begins (2005)
  2. Man of Steel (2013)
  3. The Incredible Hulk (2008)
  4. Judge Dredd (2012)
  5. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014)
  6. Superman Returns (2006)
  7. The Amazing Spider-Man (2012)
  8. Fantastic Four (2015)

Yeah I've actually seen the old Captain movies. As a youngster, you're usually just excited to see a movie about a superhero at all, but even then I knew those movies were not very good. Granted, one was just a glorified TV movie, like the Ferrigno Hulks. First Avenger would probably be the winner for me, if it was on the poll.

I like the ones starring Reb Brown as Cap, those are quite interesting, and pretty good for what they are.

Batman Begins easily. For once they made a movie about BATMAN without the villain stealing the spotlight. Not to say that Ras and Scarecrow were lame, but Bruce Wayne was the focus here and he was portrayed well by Christian Bale (besides the stupid voice). I also appreciated how fresh the retelling of Batman's origin was. Kudos to Christopher Nolan for that.

1. Man of Steel
2. Batman Begins
3. The Amazing Spider-Man
4. The Incredible Hulk

Crap, I didn't see The Incredible Hulk, that should've gotten my vote.

In this order:

The Incredible Hulk
Dredd
Batman Begins
Man of Steel

Dredd is in a league of its own.

Didn't really care for the rest.

Easily Batman Begins. I appreciate the Incredible Hulk for being set in the MCU and bringing Hulk into that. But I don't really love the movie.
Batman Begins, however, is one of my favorites.
