Bad hygiene and cross contamination

It is silly that one thing goes wrong (see tomatoes) and the public gets in a panic. One sample of tomatoes from one company gets Salmonella and they recall every single tomatoe...lame. So now, all the lemons in the country will be recalled...bound to happen.
