My bet: Russel Crowe as Jor-el.

I say Lex or Jor-el, and it will be a huge name. For Jor-el, someone like, but not necessarily, DDL or Crowe.
The same for Lex, it will be Decaprio or Mortensen like names ( still hoping for Isaacs tho )

Now watch it be a smaller role announced today like perry or jimmy.

I wouldn't be surprised by Tom Hanks as Jor El either..

or

Viggo or DiCaprio as Lex

it would generate so much buzz for this movie...
DiCaprio as Lex in particular, would be quite a feat indeed......

Shannon was announced on Sunday, April 10. Adams on Sunday, March 27. Costner on Thursday, March 17. Lane on Wednesday, March 2. Cavill on Sunday, January 30.

Given that the casting has been so spaced out and only 60% of the casting has been announced on Sunday, I'd say expecting casting because its Sunday isn't the greatest reason.

That's why I don't expect an announcement this week. I think within 2 weeks we'll get more casting news. I hope I'm wrong, I'd love to hear something sooner.
