Anytime someone says something like that, you can usually limit them to being from Texas or Oklahoma...

A few summers ago I spent six weeks in central Mexico. Several people were REELING from no Dr. Pepper (all OK college students), and someone randomly found a street vendor who happened to be selling Dr. Peppers by the can.

Well, they bought him out and brought it all back. But as much as a nice cold DP would have been, it tasted WAY different! It was processed with 'real sugar cain' instead of high fructose corn syrup and other processed sugars.

Needless to say it was BLAH, and DP manufactures cruddy DP for our neighboring countrymen of Mexico.
