I'm surprised no one has said Scrat in the Ice Age films. His scenes are not even part of the main plot. I used to hate him, but after a while I just treated him as a looney toons character and then he was alright... I still don't like the Ice Age films tho (Okay, the first one was good, but after 3 more sequels it's like srsly )

I've only seen the first one, but I thought the squirrel was the only good part. I couldn't care less about any of the main characters, really. Never bothered to see the other films.

Heck yeah. He was also great in Friday and Dead Presidents.

Yeah, he was hilarious in Friday. The other Friday films were funny, but they would have been better if his character was there.

I liked Azog though.

Me too. He gave The Hobbit a more humanized villain, that presented an immediate threat. This is something that I felt was lacking in LOTR. I'd say that Radagast was mildly annoying, but not Jar-Jar level. I'd give that honor to the Master of Laketown and his minion, Alfrid.
