Just installed and then downgraded. For some reason the fonts look really weird on my machine and I've tried reverting it back to the FF2 settings but the fonts look too big. Plus, Unplug wasn't compatible yet. =\

Is there any way to move the tab bar to the bottom of the screen? Cause if not, I'm getting rid of Firefox right now, as that crap drives me crazy.

No there isn't. I looked. The only way I've found to do it is by editing code in one of the files, and that only works for Firefox 2

If you mean a new tab button, there was, and when I upgraded it was still there. If it's not already there right click on the tool bar and go to customize, it should be one of the buttons there.

Yeah I know but it's there when you're using the classic theme. Try using another theme and see if its there.

I just grabbed some random themes (Phoenity Reborn, Pitchdark for Fx, Classic Compact) and it's stays there. The only add-ons I have are Pic-lens, Image Zoom, Adblock Plus, and Skpe, and none of them are adding it. It may just be the theme you're using.

I've had some issues with the Advanced Text Editor on this site and FF3 as well (but not on any other message boards I frequent, strangely). The trick is to let the reply box finish loading completely before you start typing your reply. If you start typing before it's completely loaded it will result in all kinds of weird behavior with text formatting and what you can and can't select and delete or alter.

I have officially downgraded from using Firefox 3 back to Firefox 2. Why? Because most of the add-ons I have isn't compatible with this version so I said screw it and reverted back to the old one. It's sad though because I know this one is alot faster.

I've had the Text Editor problem too. I've gotten around it by just clicking on the Switch Editor Mode feature and been able to reply as normal. I don't really know the full ramifications of doing as such (if any), but I'm also going to try what jag suggested.

I thought about reverting back to FF2 until some of these bugs were worked out (I still can't access the full version of Hotmail, no matter how many times I clear my cache), but the speed on FF3 is too good.
