Firefox problems

This morning when i clicked on firefox instead of my homepage coming up i got a blank white screen and the blue bar at the top said "Program not responding"...I tried a few more times and it still wouldn't work so i switched the computer off and waited a while.
when i tried again about an hour later the same thing happened so i uninstalled Firefox and went to their page and downloaded the new 2.0 version and installed it but the same thing is happening

Any suggestions ? is anyone else having any problems with firefox today ?

could it be that some spyware/adware program or another hijacked your homepage?

While you're at it. Download netscape too, just for the fun of it.

I am having problems with Firefox as well

Ive found out that it only happens when Im browsing myspace
I dont know
