Firefox And IE Not Letting Me Load Certain Sites.

Ok so about 3 days ago, I was trying to go to another forum that I frequent, but all I would get is "Page Load Error". I tried using IE, but I get the same thing. So Far It's the only site I know of that is doing this. The problem can't be on the site's side of things cause my friend said he could still get on it. So what could the problem be?

have you tried clearing your cookies and cache?

Just did, but now I get "Connection Interrupted" when I try to load it.

it may just be your connection, when mine isp' severs went down for my area only certain sites would open
