Good Universe is teaming with independent video game developer Campo Santo to develop content for both video games and feature films. The first project in the deal will be a film adaptation of Campo Santo’s first video game and one of this year’s most acclaimed game titles – “Firewatch”.
The game runs around four hours and is a first-person experience set in the Wyoming wilderness in the 1980s. A fire lookout named Henry uncovers clues in the wilderness about mysterious occurrences and a shadowy figure that seems to watch him from afar
His only means of communications is via a walkie-talkie with his supervisor, Delilah. The game has sold almost one million copies to date. No word on when the film might begin production.

This was a great game. Hopefully they don't **** it up.

Tom Hanks for Henry. Unless they really cast same actor as they did for the game Rich Sommer. For Delilah I dont know. It's voice casting. I guess you need actress with great range. If anyone watched Her (2013) Scarlett Johansson as Samantha was amazing. But I want different actress. Just in same manner.

Tom Hanks is too old to play Henry. And he could be Scarlett's dad at this point, so any flirting between the two would be weird.

You should get someone like David Harbour, from Stranger Things. In fact, he's perfect and sounds just like the voice actor (with a dash of Chris Pratt); an vulnerable everyman who can be quirky when he needs to be.

Yh. Harbour would likely be perfect casting scenario.
