BvS First Image of Jason Momoa as Aquaman!

Late last night, Zack Synder tweeted the above image of Jason Momoa in his full Aquaman costume, and as you can see, it is just as impressive as the debut of Affleck's Bat-Suit. With this image, all of our heroes now have a publicity image that tells us quite a bit about the tonal direction of the film series. Lots of muted colors were used. In this case, we see that Arthur still wears orange Atlantean scalemail, but it is no where near as bright as it is in the comics. Along with the muted reds on Wonder Woman and Superman, as well as a return to the classic black and gray for Batman, it seems that Synder and company are striving to create believable and serious versions of the iconic heroes.

I didn't see a single thread that had a title about this image. The news broke at approximately 10pm PST and it is only 7:45am PST. Seemed like a short enough time for the news to still be fresh, all things considered. And if it is being discussed in other threads, so what? Those threads have whatever topic they have. This thread is specifically about the reveal. If the topic is unwanted it will either receive little to no response or the mods will delete the thread. In the mean time, I came here to share excitement, not to mull over other people's conversations.
