Universal is really hurting Blumhouse's box office intake with their major horror releases this way.

It always makes me think they do this with certain titles cause they expect a huge opening weekend but then like a 70-80% drop off the following weekend with no legs.

Although many recent theatrical horror has proven that false.

This is so dumb. I thought the studios knew better by now - Especially Universal. Like, they gave Cocaine Bear and M3gan exclusive theatrical releases, but not THIS? It doesn't make any sense.
