I know. I like it better if the motivation is stupidity, like, he forgot how to stop running.
He's actually a fine little boy, adorable, and Siva just assumed he was "special" because they likened him to Forest Gump, but they only did so for the crazy run-lust.

Exactly, I mean that would have made the story so much better, "watch this stupid not remember to stop when it hurts"...but it was that darn run-lust
