We've attached the official package artwork below:

They should wait and replace the fantastic four cartoon and elektra with the incredible hulk and iron man dvds.

I wonder what prompted them to do this?

Maybe trying to capitalize on the excitement around hulk and iron man.

Meh, it's doing nothing for me. Folks are starting to tighten up on their spending, myself included.

Incredible Hulk is Universal, Iron Man is coming through Paramount. Neither will appear in a 20th Century Fox product. :woot:

why isnt the first x-men movie in it? this looks stupid.

Fox should spend less time repackaging movies that all Marvel fans probably already have on DVD & get to work on releasing Blu-Ray versions for X-Men, X2: X-Men United & Elektra and Daredevil instead.

Wow, you know, seeing all of those together really made me realize how the majority of Marvel films up to this point have sucked monkey balls...

Except X-Men 1-3 (shut up, I loved X3) and Spidey 1-2, of course. Lets hope that, now that Marvel Studios has started up with IM and TIH, this will change.

That is indeed a pretty big collection of mostly disapointing movies. Does that tell you anything about Fox? And the movies are probably the single disk versions. Hasn't a set like this already been released, only without a couple of the films here?
I think most people that would buy any of those already have the ones they like..I'm sticking with my stand alones of X-men and X-2, and I'm satisfied.
When was the last really good film based on a Marvel character?..Spider-man 2? Here's hoping that Marvel knows what it is doing with Ironman and Incredible Hulk.

This is same as bying box full of shlt with two golden coins.

Agreed! They should just release a boxset with the X-Men and Spider-Man Trilogies imo.

hopefully enough folks will buy this to sustain interest in the franchises.. but I still want a new daredevil movie, based on the current storylines or his battles with Mephisto in the underworld..

I just want Blu-Rays of X1 and X2. IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK (falls to knees and cries)?

I hope no one buys this for the exact opposite reason.
Although some of the X-Men, and the director's cut of DD was decent... That gift pack is basically a testament to the mediocracy Fox has delivered.

I much rather these current franchises die out and be reborn into something phenomenal.

Is anyone thinkg FOX will wait till Wolverine comes out next year b4 giving us Blu-Rays of X1 and X2?

Aloha,
According to Box Office Mojo, based Solely upon MONEY.
Of the top 50 Super Hero movies
Spider-Man 1#1,Spidey 2-#2,Spidey 3-#3,
X-Men Last Stand-#6, X-2 #7, X-Men#12,
FF-#13, FF2-#17,
Ghost Rider-#18,
DD-#21 and Elektra-#44
That's what the people who bankroll movies look at. We all knew Elektra was bad but to have several movies within the super hero genre within the top 25 is far from sucking in the eyes of the suits.
Spidey rules-of course:word:

Good news, according to www.blu-ray.com, X2: X-Men United will has been officially announced for a Blu-Ray release. No word on the release date yet, but don't worry the site says that all the movies they have listed in their movies section have been officially announced.

I saw it the other day for preorder...meh.

I really really really hope we don't have to wait another year for the movies to come to Blu-Ray. I mean, they've one of FOX's best franchises in recent years. Stop keeping us waiting.
