Even video games are overrun with zombies in this guy's mind:
So young children are playing games meant for mature adults. This will condition them to become zombies.
We've also have a current, huge upswing in the popularity of super heroes. Yet he focuses on zombies. Where is the talk of how the super heroes are going to help curb the danger of zombie outbreaks?
He then goes on to tie this into the even greater threat; Socialism. Suddenly it all makes sense! Zombies = socialism.
Take from it what you will.
Must... kill... dismember... eat neighbors. Zombies told me to.The idea of a zombie-infested world inspires fantasies of monsters possessed by an uncontrollable rage to kill, and viewers get a thrill imagining what it would be like to participate in this new world order.

In which he contradicts himself in the same paragraph. Games can "sometimes condition people" (which is continually countered with other studies saying otherwise) and he mentions young children being exposed before stating "that's why they're labeled M for Mature."We also see this zombie obsession in many videogames. Even more disturbingly, these games create environments for young children, in which they are exposed to an imaginary world where they get to play with firearms and place themselves in dangerous situations that they find exciting. And studies have shown that these videogames can sometimes condition people, especially young children, to be apathetic towards violence. Thats why theyre labeled M for Mature.

We've had zombies for decades. It comes and goes in waves. See vampires, werewolves, ghosts, serial killer/slashers, mummies etc. This is a well known and studied phenomenon. But since we're currently in an upswing on zombies it's suddenly bad now and we're looking to imitate them? This obsession with the undead in television and other media is quite puzzling. The concept of zombies has been around for decades, and their mythology has even been studied by scientists to prove that such an outbreak can never occur. Yet, whether it be in books or film, zombie popularity has only increased after having originally been popularized by the 1960s film, The Night of the Living Dead.

This guy is of course selling paranoia and I can continue to easily tear (and chew) the brains out of his little conspiracy rant here but I've got to get back to mindlessly obsessing over the next stupid thing the media will tell me is wrong with the country. With this country heading towards a socialized system of government, in which officials dont want you to think or focus on what is important for your own personal growth, Im sure theyre more than happy to let you obsess over something as stupid as zombies.
And in turn, you ultimately become the zombie.
