Fox's STAN LEE

You said most important thing. However, what you're missing is that Fox can barely navigate Stan's time at Timely Comics due to them not having the Captain America rights. And the furthest they can really go into Marvel is the Fantastic Four. Right now they'll have an improbable time mentioning anyone else other than X Men. So you're largely looking at a depiction of Stan without his creations which is like making a movie about Victor Frankenstein without his monster.

Lol maybe that's why Fox just acquire the film right just so Marvel Studio and Sony can't get it (since as you said, they don't like each other) :hehe:

I think it was maybe a middle finger kind of move, because business wise it makes little to no sense due to the legal minetrap they're entering and the inability to largely bring to the table what would make it a hot commodity. If it wasn't meant to be a middle finger move, I can still see some of those at Marvel and Disney rolling their eyes and seeing it as potentially one for the prior sabotaging efforts made on Fox. Although here, as said, in my own view Fox is clearly the more childish since it wouldn't be taking them over or taking away the rights rather just working together (like Marvel is with Sony).

This could be cool. Its nice to see that Stan does not care about petty studio wars. He has always had a good relationship with Fox.
