Most UFOs that are not misinterpreted phenomenon are most probably experimental top secret US aircraft, like the stealth bomber (which had already existed for many, many years before finally being revealed to the public 16 years ago), but much more advanced, so I doubt the US government is going to release any files about their own top secret aircraft.

And as far as extraterrestrials are concerned, I wouldn't be surprised if our planet WAS being visited from time to time, but I don't see any reason why they would contact our governments, or why our governments would have more information on the subject than we do. And forget about alien abductions and little grey men, that's probably nothing more than CIA hypnotic mind-f***.
