I just hope that Jackson's acting gets better. I wasn't feeling it during his scenes in the pilot.

I've just added season 1 to my netflix que!

He does. Second episode in he loses the "sweetheart" thing he says like every 2 minutes, and around the 4th or 5th episode he falls right into place as the character and it's more organic as opposed to him playing a role.

But yes, the first episode left a lot to be desired in everyones acting. EVERYONE.

Everyone? Ha.... I think not. :o

Noble is always on point. Always.

I second that! Noble rules all! If Noble and Michael Emerson were on screen at the same time I would have an embolism. Jorge and Noble getting stoned at MD was almost enough to do it

I would watch a sitcom with Peter and Walter....The Bishops....Walter does some wacky experiment that turns the neighbors dog into a cat or something

Good. The "sweetheart" thing annoyed me. I thought, for the most part, the acting was fine in the pilot. It was Jackson that just seemed off. Maybe it's because I still refer to him as Pacey. :o

I always consider pilots a "rough draft" of what a series is intended to be...so the acting will always be a bit stiff

The only thing that was weird to me about the pilot was that Broyles went from being a royal *****e to Olivia to helpful guide at the drop of a hat. I still watch that and am like "Uhh.... what?"

the first season, he kinda tolerates her and then she proves capable so he's cool with her

Noble deserves an emmy nod for that chaple scene in the latest episode,so emotional.

I thought he could've done a bit better but that was mainly due to the writing. I thought that monologue could've been written alot better

I liked the part where he is wondering around aimlessly as if he hardly goes there, thought it was a nice touch on his behalf.

Yea that was a good touch I just thought it was what he said that could've been better, his delivery and emotional resonance was outstanding though

Really interested to see what becomes of Altivia,I mean was there any point of her attempting to go to the alternate universe only to be stopped?or was it just simply to show her character has changed.

She sent back the locations of the pieces of tech needed to build the machine on their side.

I think she really has genuine feelings for Peter and wanted to warn him/us about Walternate and the machine. I wonder if Lincoln will find out she is locked and try to rescue her?

I wanna know what happened to the Lincoln on our side

He's just another Agent. We saw him a couple of episodes ago. Unless something happened to him at the end of that episode that I'm not remembering?

I'm just meaning his absence. I wanna know why he didn't stick around. I like the character alot

Sure there was, just like there was reason enough for Agent Jessup to stick around at the beginning of last season. Just being exposed to the Fringe Division and some of the stuff that goes on seems like it would be enough for them to stick around

Pretty sure this is just the setup for the last few episodes and all the craziness that happens.

Good episode, it was good to see Sam Weiss again.

So I saw the second episode the other night. Pretty good. This show really reminds me of The X-Files. Glad Jackson dropped the "sweetheart" thing. My netflix dvd comes in today with episodes 3, 4, and 5. I wish this show was available for streaming on netflix though. I would burn through the episodes faster.
