And there was our fall finale.

Good thing we don't have to wait long lol

Only a mother would recognize a dead son that crossed over from an alternate reality

I was hoping she would, and was so glad that she did. It was a sweet moment.

There was some pretty good product placement in this episode.

Chuck makes it comedic by putting it right in your face.. And you can believe Big Mike and the other Buy More guys would espouse the greatness of Subway sandwiches. Because they also do it for other things.

But when a tv show does it, especially when characters would never talk about their car, or their car in that way, it's so annoying.

Even last night's car plug was rather annoying, although far better done than most. Just a couple of out of place glory shots.

I never got the whole getting bothered by product placement thing. It's seriously not that big of a deal. :o

I don't care if the product is there.

But when they devote actual lines to it, they have to do it right. Otherwise it's just jarring, disrupts the flow of the scene, and pulls me right out.

fluxolivia will always be my favorite....shes red headed and she walks with that swagger. And she puts her chest out more. Normal olivia seems like shes more chill and less posture....if thats the right term lol

but damn, every ep i watch i want more. I demand more each time. the problem i think was because I watched all of season 1 after it was completed so im used to the,"i want more i can get more" mentality.

I think "Smallville" was the worst offender

They blatantly advertised

-One Toyota Tundra truck
-Stride gum
-Acuvue "Acuvue to the rescue"
-Lois promoting a Ford car to get past a guard
-Toyota Prius

I got a laugh at Fringe's product placements with the SamSung Galaxy tablets

The Stride gum episode was the worst. :funny:

the best use of product placement will always be bones to me. because it was a good 4 minute commercial during the show. how bones went on and on about the toyota and how it parks itself and the cast saying,"whoa its parking itself!" it was so classic. since in i think 2 episodes before she was rocking a benz because shes so rich and can afford it lol

Yeah the product placement was pretty terrible, I mean the scene itself really didn't have any purpose except to advertise the car. I was laughing through the whole thing lol.

Great episode though

Why can't the product placement be Victoria Secret lingerie? :csad:

liked tonight's episode a lot... but I want more William Bell!!!! Do we know where he is in either of these new universes? Dead, alive, atomized?

also, kind of excited to see Peter force olivia to jump unis at some point. They've certainly been planting seeds over the season for her to awaken her power... again.

this show is getting twisty.

David Robert Jones is such a ****ing Bond villain. I love it.

I really hope Alcatraz can keep it's numbers up. And Fox pairs it up with Fringe.

Who can beat JJ night? ;)

Bad Broyles! Bad Broyles!
What'cha gonna do?
What'cha gonna do when he comes for you?

I'm more worried about bad Nina. She's got a lot of crazy weapons and technology at her disposal.

Has anyone else noticed that these two universe seem to be the mirror opposite of the original two. Two people we could trust in the original are bad in this one: Boyle's and Nina. The bad guy in the original two is good in this one: Walternate.

Just something I noticed.

Loved the episodes, esp the scene between Peters mom and Walter, also is it just me or did this episode in particular have a strong "series ending" vibe.

It really did have that vibe. Makes be think this really will be the last season.

I wonder if Peter is going to decide to stay in this timeline in the end ? It seems like it would be a happier place once all is said & done & everybody is getting used to having him there & there he can get along with both Walters & mom at least. Or something happens & he can not go back. But then he decides that life won't be so bad there. Also ALT Olivia is single while the other one seems to slowly be getting it on with Lincoln. Unless that Lincoln dies or something
